What is Flathead Area Young Professionals?
Flathead Area Young Professionals (FAYP) is the Kalispell Chamber’s high-performing development group for young professionals ages 21-39 from across the valley. Established in 2000 to provide a support system for individuals who are in the early years of their professional careers, FAYP affords members opportunities to connect with other area young professionals and current community leadership while developing tangible skills to further their personal and professional lives.
At the heart of FAYP is a commitment to providing professional and personal growth opportunities. A mix of skills building workshops, leadership development programs, community betterment projects, networking evenings, and fun, recreational get-togethers help members build a collection of tools to use as they navigate their careers.
What does FAYP membership mean?
A membership with FAYP means you’re one step closer to advancing your career, gaining a greater awareness of the inner workings of the Flathead Valley community, and building lasting relationships with our local network of outstanding young talent.

Annual memberships to FAYP are free for young professionals who are employed by an organization that is a member of the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, as a member benefit, Kalispell Chamber member businesses are able to enroll an unlimited number of employees in the program. Not a Chamber member? No problem. Annual memberships are also available for just $50 per person per year.
